Procrastination is a slow rot that eats away at the foundations of every good initiative one starts.
Not doing something today thinking that tomorrow I will have the time is foolish–there is no time but now, so do not put things off. The road to “someday” leads to a place called NOWHERE. And how many countless people end up there!
Thus, I will not delay actions I can take today. I will start the things I want to create, not when I think I am ready, but now–I will learn along the way. Be it a book, be it a piece of art, be it a relationship, be it a business project, it is far better to have started a year ago. But there is no sense in bemoaning that late start. The only time, and the best time, has always been and will ever be now, at this very moment. Nothing else exists but the present.
I will remember that today, the time I have in this day is the only time I have to change my future, for tomorrow will be today soon enough. And I can never get more time.
Today, I will take action.
